What was the highlight of UZ Hostel
The facility is very good, neat, and clean.
The facility is very good, neat, and clean. The capsule is very comfortable. The staffs are nice. The price is very cheap and very worth to pay.
The door in bathroom has a little gap so someone maybe could peek from outside. The breakfast, I need to go to McD by myself to change the breakfast coupon with the breakfast and paid a little bit higher with the coupon. It is better not to buy the breakfast coupon and go to McD by yourself. You will get lower price for the same menu.

I do not like this hostel
The bathroom and housemaid
The air condition is not working. It's very hot and when we told the employees they did not care about the customer. We need to tell them 2-3 times but the answer is made us feel upset. For the logger, I think need to have more than this. I think it will better if they offer one logger per person. In my opinion, I do not like this hostel you can find the good ones in the other place but the good thing about this hostel is the bathroom is very clean and the housemaid very kind and friendly

What was the highlight of UZ Hostel
Very cold and far from all points of interest.
The bed and the pillow are comfortable. It is also a detail that you can have tea and coffee.
It was cold on the street and they still had the air conditioning activated. The room was really a fridge, even the clothes in the backpack were cold. We asked in three days at least 10 times to remove the air conditioning but all they did was climb a few degrees, everyone in the room coughed and had to go with a jacket inside the hostel. The reception is not a comfortable place, since it was also cold and was also completely open. It's a good place to spend a night, but it's really far from all points of interest.

Good location, but can improve more
The location is good, very convenient. Privacy is ok, room I was in was so quiet which is good for me.
Give more time for cleaning. The Room was stuffed with unnencessary boxes. Make it CLEAN! I was there for 6nights stay, but nobody ever changed my beddings, and clean the room. Pls provide proper towel, bath towel!
